Do you know why there are tee markers on each tee. They are there so you know where you should start the hole from. There are usually 3 to 4 set of markers depending on your skill level. Red for the ladies, Gold for Seniors, White for amateur and average golfers and Blue for the professional or better golfers. Tee markers are moved around so that the teeing ground can recover and also to change the look and shape of a hole and give the golfer a different perspective. The greens keeper determines or a course personnel will determine the tee position. The golfers are not to move markers. So remember when you are playing the tees are positioned where they are for a number of reasons and not to punish you the golfer.
The married couple
As a couple approaches the altar, the groom tells his wife-to-be, “Honey, I’ve got something to confess: I’m a golf nut, and every chance I get, I’ll be playing golf!”
“Since we’re being honest,” replies the bride, “I have to tell you that I’m a hooker.”
The groom replies, “That’s okay, honey. You just need to learn to keep your head down and your left arm straight.”
